Photographic exhibition - Man Made Bodies of Water

Man Made Bodies of Water: Photography by Robert James, Nuneaton Museum & Art Gallery
15 May – 4 July 2010

How do you look at your surrounding landscapes? Can you see how your local area has adapted to urban settings? This exhibition focuses on the beauty of man made landscapes in enlightening colour photography.

Robert James, a local photographer creates colour images that concentrate on the meeting of artificial environments with nature. Robert looks particularly at the effects of the quarrying industry in his work. Capturing open spaces used in everyday lives, Robert’s photographs reveal an alternative view of the local scenery.

Take this opportunity to see Nuneaton and Bedworth through different eyes and visit this exhibition which includes artworks for sale.

Accompanied by activities for children, this display is ideal for all especially keen photographers.
