Bookings are open for the Festival of Quilts from members of The Quilters' Guild of the British Isles as well as those who are members of any affiliated associations and Guilds linked with the European Quilt Association. Bookings from non-members will begin at midday on 8 March 2010.
The Festival of Quilts has earned a reputation over the past seven years as the largest, most inspiring quilting event in Europe – and with good reason. The Festival of Quilts boasts a host of gallery exhibitions from leading international artists and groups.
The competitions form a critical part of the Festival of Quilts and attract around 1,000 entries. In 2009, entries were received from all over the globe with over 27 countries represented, including Brunei, Estonia, Latvia, South Africa and Sierra Leone!
To enter just register your interest by 30 April 2010 using the registration form available on the website.
